I am Massimiliano Burzio, Neopolitan and professional master pizza chef. I am the third generation of professional pizza chef of the Burzio family and our philosophy of cooking food has not changed since we began learning our craft.

I am a member of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association which supports authentic methods of pizza cuisine. I have brought my style of cooking to life with my pizza Vesuvio, my food is very simple using only the finest ingredients.
